Whether it’s engineering protocol and systems or coaching teams on conflict management, Courtney Fader is passionate about creating harmony and order wherever she goes. Her background in office management and administration in the medical field has honed a critical eye for details and a keen drive to understand the bigger picture of how a team operates on both the professional and the personal level, which allows her to clear the path for her teammates to do their best work. When she’s not at work, you can find Courtney homeschooling her three kids, exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest, teaching workshops on the Enneagram, or making music with her family.
