Commonstreet was the Real Estate Service Manager for WSDOT’s $2 billion mega program. The multi-phase Design-Build consisted of 74 parcels, inclusive of over 300 unique property rights and 100 residential, commercial, and personal property only relocations. Commonstreet was awarded “Heroes of the Month” for its efforts to secure all property rights on-schedule and under a very aggressive timeline and political environment.
