This WIFIA-funded clean water infrastructure program delivers a seismically resilient water supply in Northwest Oregon—the largest of its kind in the Pacific Northwest at the time. Inclusive of 17 projects and nearly 400 property interactions, Commonstreet led the right of way program with approximately 300 acquisitions, temporary and permanent construction easements, and rights of entry, and coordination across agencies and utilities to include Bonneville Power Administration, Puget Sound Energy, and Clean Water Services. Commonstreet ensured federal compliance, guided risk management, supervised subconsultants, and maintained clear communication with stakeholders. The program lasted seven years and Commonstreet was praised by WWSP’s program leads for our detailed file knowledge, early mitigation strategies, and collaborative approach.
