Commonstreet supported Sound Transit’s ST3 cost estimating and feasibility analysis. Responsibilities included performing interviews with project leads and research and review of used current and historical market sales data, right of way impact costs, project design refinements, and estimated costs of construction to develop advisory recommendations and reporting.
