Commonstreet led right of way and facilitated valuation tasks for this federally funded project to widen the corridor to three lanes and included new curb, gutter, and a multi-use path. The team’s proactiveness and collaborative approach ensured acquisition of property rights for both fee and TCEs from 82 property owners well ahead of schedule.
