This “Green Project” develops the marine terminal to support offshore wind energy development and supports established goals of the federal government of deploying 30 GW of offshore wind energy by the year 2030 and 110+ GW of offshore wind by 2050. Commonstreet is responsible for providing subject matter expertise to lead right of way and title services for three large properties. Right of way tasks also include supporting infrastructure relocation of water outflow and stormwater transfers through the site from the neighboring town of Samoa and potential coordination with Tribal Governments.
