Trish Nightingale

Trish Nightingale served as Senior Counsel for the Washington State Office of the Attorney General representing various state agencies and boards for 35 years. Most of that time, Trish represented the Washington State Department of Transportation acting as lead counsel for Real Estate Services, Administrative Contracts Office, Office of Information Technology, Toll Division, and Intelligent Transportation System Program. She has deep expertise in contracts, real estate services, property laws, and complex real property transactions. Her background includes drafting and negotiating agreements for innovative real property deals, handling acquisitions, leases, and exchanges, and resolving disputes related to encroachments and use agreements. Additionally, her experience working with Native American Tribes on real property transactions and her involvement in multi-party negotiations for large-scale transportation projects demonstrate her ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships in the Right of Way industry. Away from work, Trish enjoys hiking, gardening, reading, and traveling.
