Whitney Fischer

Born and raised in Portland, Oregon, Whitney Fischer has eight years of proposals experience with organizations of all sizes and industries. After obtaining her master’s in library and information science from San Jose State University, Whitney fell into proposals by chance, and it was at love at first bid! With hundreds of RFPs submitted over the years, she enjoys the challenge of crafting proposals that are unique to the needs of each client. Her hobbies include staying abreast of everything that is new in the world of proposals through her membership to the Association of Proposal Management Professionals, curling up with a scary book, and exploring Portland’s many parks with her husband, two dogs, and four-year-old son.
