Cynthia Tremblay

Cindy Tremblay has developed state-wide policy, protocols, and procedures for Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) Headquarters and the various regions throughout the state. Cindy’s reputation for commonsense approaches and high communication throughout complex property management tasks is second-to-none. She has continued this approach for Commonstreet as their Senior Property Manager and provides oversight to some of the state’s largest property-intensive public works projects including the Alaskan Way Viaduct Replacement Project and the SR 509 Gateway Program. Cindy spends her leisure hours out in the flower beds weeding, weeding, weeding. (She actually finds it relaxing!) Cindy is also an avid reader and oftentimes enjoys a Kailua and Cream. She loves garage sales and is always up for a new adventure.
