Joel Schleppi

Joel Schleppi serves as Project Manager and Senior Right of Way Agent. Joel has over 30 years’ experience working in the utility industry in Western Washington, where he managed real estate aspects of intricate operations such as hydro-generation facilities, forest carbon-offset projects, and a program for electric vehicle charging stations. He has extensive experience working on complex acquisitions, including land purchases for elk habitat and riparian restoration. As a property manager, Joel was responsible for 1,300 parcels and built a program from the ground up designed to address the challenges of homeless encampments on private property. Joel has earned the SR/WA designation. In his free time, he enjoys exploring Italy with his wife, sampling various BBQ joints in his home state of Texas, camping with Country music fans at Watershed, and entertaining friends at The Pour House.
