Randy Johnson

Randy serves as a Project Manager and Senior Right of Way Agent, specializing in Property Management and Acquisition. Randy has over 20 years of real estate experience, the majority focused on transportation projects throughout Washington State. His experience at the Washington State Dept of Transportation working on unique property exchanges, complex transactions and managing multiple budgets will help expedite meeting any agency’s goals and ad dates. Bit by the travel bug at a young age, Randy enjoys traveling in his spare time with his wife, as well as spoiling their grandchildren whenever possible.
