Steve brings 20 years of experience in right of way and program/project planning, management, and advising state and local agencies on large-scale design-build projects (high-speed rail and highway/express lanes), and bridge programs. As discipline lead for multiple co-located program, design, and construction management teams, Steve’s well-versed in planning, environmental, design-build procurement, delivery, construction, and closeout. Steve prides himself on finding efficiencies as well as reducing cost and schedule risks through an inter-disciplinary approach that brings agency management, their legal counsel, stakeholders, design and construction leads, and property owners together to identify and mitigate risks. In his free time, Steve enjoys traveling, photography, scuba diving, golfing, and snowboarding.
