Mr. Perry brings a creative approach to problem-solving, is an exceptionally skillful negotiator, and brings extensive knowledge of real estate and Federal and State laws. His skills have proven invaluable to public agency and private clients. Ted is an avid cyclist, fisherman, and soccer coach. As a father of two, he is especially happy that he can still keep up with his two grown children on the mountain bike trail.
