Having acquired 11+ years of hands-on experience in the Title & Escrow industry and a background as a Lead Software Trainer, Jessica places great focus on first class client servicing, effective training/adult learning, and software support. Her attention to detail and innate ability to anticipate client needs has propelled her into successful roles within the industry. Born and raised in Dallas she is a true Texan at heart and a diehard Dallas Cowboys fan. When she’s not rooting for the home team you can catch her spending time with her boys Jacob and Rich, exploring new restaurants and cuisine or planning her next travel experience.
