Jennifer Holden

Jennifer Holden joined Commonstreet in March 2026 as a Senior Property Management Specialist with deep roots in Washington, where she gained nearly 20 years of real estate property management experience at the Washington State Department of Transportation, analyzing, interpreting, and reviewing leases. Most recently, as a supervisor, Jennifer provided training, mentoring, technical support, advice, and guidance in leasing and disposal which included Cooperative Agreements, and Airspace, Ground, Displacee, Residential, and Wireless/Radio leases. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family and granddaughter, exploring the outdoors, and, of course, cheering on her Seahawks!
