Bob Westby

Bob’s background is in engineering and project management. During a 31-year career with the Washington State Dept. of Transportation he managed projects and programs that that involved substantial real estate activities as well as railroad and utility coordination. Bob is an effective communicator and has extensive experience with managing scope, schedule, and budgets and coordinating with multiple stakeholders. Before his career at WSDOT, Bob also served in the Army and Army reserves. He enjoys hiking, kayaking, traveling with his wife and family, and reading about nearly all periods of history.
