Kobe Smith

Kobe joined Commonstreet in the summer of 2026 as a Right of Way Agent supporting our Western Washington team. He brings a meticulous, organized, and empathetic approach to his work that he is eager to apply as he masters his new role in the ROW industry. Additionally, Kobe's leadership talents will assist in his ability to communicate compassionately and build positive relationships with property owners, as previously developed while named the Team Captain of his college basketball team. In his free time, Kobe will coach basketball at Woodinville High School and enjoy being outside, whether that is going on hikes or going to the lake.
