Chris LaBonte

Chris LaBonte is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and Project Manager who has been in the right of way profession for over 19 years. His specialties include high-level project planning and property coordination between the engineering and construction teams, as well as securing highly complex partial acquisitions and working through detailed design elements with property and business owners. Chris is also Commonstreet’s official Sounders fan. When not cheering on the boys in Rave Green (or at least rooting against Portland), you might find him on a walk with his wife, teaching ancient Greek to his four kids, or working on some fermentation project in his Seattle basement.
